Job description

Description:

Description

Amplifire is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for our AI learning platform. This is a foundational role for a growing company at an inflection point — we have a differentiated product, a proven brand story, and real traction across various industries including healthcare, accounting, and life sciences. We need someone who can translate product innovation into market momentum.

You'll own product positioning, launch strategy, competitive intelligence, and AI adoption marketing — working across Product, Sales, and Client Engagement to ensure Amplifire's capabilities land clearly with the buyers who need them most. This role is equal parts strategist and builder: you'll define the narrative and execute against it.

Responsibilities

Product Launch Strategy & Execution

  • Develop product positioning, launch narrative, and core messaging
  • Build and manage launch plans and cross-functional timelines, including briefing Sales and Client Engagement on target accounts, plays, and talking points
  • Create sales enablement materials — decks, one-pagers, and battle cards — and execute campaign and promotional activities tied to each launch

Market Intelligence

  • Own the competitive intelligence library: battlecards, competitive playbooks, and feature comparisons; refresh messaging as the market and product evolves
  • Run client user group programs and publish a recurring market insights brief for Product, Sales, and executive leadership
  • Maintain the marketing calendar for product initiatives, including webinars and promotional campaigns

AI Product Adoption & Engagement

  • Develop the AI value narrative, proof points, and user education content — webinars, tutorials, and adoption resources — focused on Cognix Author and AI Instructor use cases
  • Run lifecycle, in-product, and email campaigns to drive AI feature trial, adoption, and repeat usage
  • Drive AI adoption and report on KPIs, feeding insights back to Product and executive leadership
Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience in healthcare, edtech, or AI-adjacent markets strongly preferred
  • Proven track record owning product launches end-to-end — from positioning through sales enablement
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Strong competitive intelligence skills and experience maintaining battlecards and market briefs
  • Experience developing adoption marketing programs for software products, including lifecycle and in-product campaigns
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling messaging
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing platforms a plus

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually

Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401(k) with a match, Flexible/Open PTO Plan, and paid holidays.

Disclaimer: The job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
