Job description

Basic Function

As aSeniorTechnologyProduct Managerfor Wolters Kluwer,you'llown a critical piece of theProfessionalAudit workflow,a critical SaaS platform within the CCH Tax & Accounting brand.Youwon'tjust define features;you'llbe responsible formaking the product successful.

This role is for someone who moves fast, juggling multiple priorities, and making high-impact decisions with incomplete information.You'lloperatewitha strong senseof ownership, combining product judgment, analytical rigor, and business acumen to drive meaningful outcomes.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Bring one or more offerings from 0-1 and beyond.

  • Ownthe roadmap and priorities for your team's focus area.

  • Define what success looks like and drive toward clear business and customer outcomes.

  • Make fast, thoughtful tradeoffs to balance speed, quality, and long-term leverage.

Execution & Delivery

  • Translate strategy into clear requirements, specs, and success metrics.

  • Team up with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features.

  • Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities without losing focus on what matters most.

Discovery & Decision-Making

  • Deeply understand product performance through quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.

  • Partner closely with design and research to deeply understand user problems, test assumptions early, and iterate toward elegant solutions

  • Identifyleading indicators, diagnose issues, and drive data-informed decisions.

Business & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Bring a strong business mindset to your decisions, understanding how Wolters Kluwer drives growth and revenue.

  • Partner with Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership about priorities, tradeoffs, and impact.

AI-First Product Development

  • Identifyopportunities where AI can unlock improvements in user experience and efficiency.

  • Partner with Engineering to ship AI-enabled workflows responsibly and effectively.

  • Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and how they can be applied to audit.

Job Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience

Computer Science or Software Engineering Degree preferred.

Experience:5+ years of Product Managementand/or Founder experience, ideallyinanearly-stage or fast-scaling startup.

  • DomainexperienceinAudit,Taxand/orAccountingpreferred

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

  • Proven ability to own and scale a B2B product or product area with business impact.

  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to think like an owner.

  • Empathy for users and a passion for understanding real-world workflows and pain points.

  • Deep intuition for the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI in general. This can be from hands-on experience with AI-powered tools,previouswork experience, or educational coursework.

Travelrequirements

25% domestic, occasional international

Compensation:

$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
