Job description

We are looking for Production Workers for our manufacturing client in Plymouth, MA. 
  • Shift: 8-5pm 
  • Pay: $21

Responsibilities:
Candidates will prepare ingredients, equipment, and production areas for daily operations and demonstrate expertise in scaling, measuring, mixing, forming, baking, and quality control. 

  • Operate within GMP guidelines, focusing on product quality, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Prepare ingredients, equipment, and production area for daily operations
  • Expert knowledge in scaling, measuring, mixing, forming, baking, and quality control
  • Advanced understanding of raw ingredients, mixing speeds/times, and dough consistencies
  • Adhere to production schedules and maintain detailed batch records
  • Use proper food handling gear and ensure sanitation of utensils, pans, and equipment
  • Operate production equipment (commercial ovens, mixers, depositors, etc.)
  • Adjust equipment settings as needed and report issues promptly
  • Manage inventory and support reporting/planning with team leads

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years’ progressive experience in food manufacturing or a commercial kitchen
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Practices, GMP, SQF preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Equipment operation knowledge—forklift experience a plus
  • ServSafe and/or Allergen certifications preferred, or experience in bakery environments
