The AI Program Analyst - Project - Analytics and Integration Engineer II leads the coordination and execution of complex AI development/implementation projects across the enterprise. 

Work you'll do

As an AI Program Analyst on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the stand-up and ongoing operation of the client's enterprise AI program, including operating model design, processes, governance workflow, customer communication, and program documentation
  • Translate agency priorities and operational needs into clear AI use-case requirements, business processes, user stories, success measures, and delivery plans
  • Facilitate intake, assessment, prioritization, and lifecycle management of proposed AI use cases submitted from across the client
  • Coordinate with business owners, technology teams, data stakeholders, legal and policy representatives, security personnel, procurement, and external vendors
  • Support AI governance activities, including use-case reviews, risk and impact assessments, approval workflows, decision records, policy alignment, and ongoing monitoring
  • Help establish consistent standards for responsible, secure, transparent, and human-centered use of AI in a law enforcement environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.
