Job description

Our Client is seeking an Implementation Specialist who responsible for leading client onboarding, system implementations, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption of company products and services. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating implementation activities, validating business and technical requirements, troubleshooting issues, and driving a high-quality client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented implementation professional with strong client-facing experience, technical testing expertise, and the ability to manage complex onboarding projects while building strong relationships and ensuring successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop certification plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute and support UAT, identify defects, and coordinate issue resolution with technology teams.
  • Configure systems, manage data migrations, and support product customizations.
  • Create training materials and provide end-user support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor implementation success, and drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of client onboarding, integration, and implementation experience.
  • 4+ years of software/application testing and UAT support experience.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux distributed systems, IBM MQ, Connect:Direct, and XML messaging.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, quality assurance processes, and test case development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
