Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the eCW/EHR implementation and upgrade effort, including planning, build, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, work breakdown structure, milestones, and timelines; track progress against the plan and manage dependencies across workstreams.
  • Coordinate multi-site rollouts and phased go-lives, sequencing facilities to balance clinical readiness with organizational timelines.
  • Manage project budget, hours, and resource allocation; track actuals versus plan and report variances proactively.

  • Coordinate cutover planning, go-live command center support, and rapid issue triage during and immediately after go-live.

Clinical Readiness, Training & Documentation

  • Maintain organized project documentation, including status reports, decision logs, risk/issue registers, and go-live readiness checklists.
  • Ensure all activities align with HIPAA and applicable healthcare compliance, security, and data-privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating clinical, operational, technical, and third-party vendor stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and the compliance environment (HIPAA).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear, business-friendly updates for executives and front-line staff alike.
