REMOTE CSR after training**

Description

To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government and the Credit Union rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.

SHIFT: Monday – Saturday, (10:30am-7:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm MT depending on daylight savings time).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections
  • Handle 80-120+ calls per day
  • Onsite Training once a month then REMOTE*
  • Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience prefer High end retail/fast food
  • HS Diploma with collections or call center experience
  • Call center orientated
  • Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and good Communication skills,
  • Provide empathy to members, problem solve, overcome objectives

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.
