Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a long-term product engagement focused on building intelligent, context-aware learning systems integrated directly into engineering workflows.

This is a highly AI-driven role where you’ll design and implement agent-based systems that interact with Jira, Microsoft Teams, internal knowledge bases, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the Founder & CTO and directly impact the core product roadmap.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy AI agents (20+ planned) with different business functions
  • Build Jira-connected agents that analyze tasks and assign micro-learning subtasks
  • Create content generation and notification agents
  • Implement multi-agent architecture using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith
  • Contribute to AI-heavy roadmap features (AI video content, Virtual Labs, knowledge ingestion, just-in-time learning)
Requirements:
  • Expert-level experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph
  • Hands-on experience building production AI agents
  • Understanding of agentic workflows and multi-agent systems
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English and ability to collaborate with US-based team
  • Node.js, React, MongoDB, Google Cloud, LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, Gemini (AI-agnostic architecture)
