Scope of Work

  1. Complete structured tasks involving creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance
  2. Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism, referencing professional workflows
  3. Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to defined project criteria
  4. Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage
  5. Submit deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and uphold quality benchmarks set by the project


Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least 2 years of professional experience using creative or design tools in contexts such as graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio/sound work
  2. Proficiency with the applications relevant to your expertise; experience with comparable creative tools is also welcome
  3. Verified, paid Human Data experience for AI training—such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading (this is a firm requirement)
  4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above
  5. No formal degree necessary; substantial practical creative experience is the key qualification
  6. Dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly
