The Accounting Automation & AI Team is a newly formed team focused on automating complex business processes and applying AI to reduce repetitive tasks that require cognitive reasoning. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud native systems that enable intelligent automation across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and cross functional partners to architect and implement modern automation solutions, including AI integrated and human in the loop systems. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guide engineering best practices, and mentor team members while ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned to business needs. Your Impact
  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade technology solutions with a focus on system performance, cross-system interdependence, stability, scalability, and usability
  • Provide technical leadership across initiatives, including mentoring engineers, setting engineering standards, and driving best practices
  • Utilize modern development methodologies with a cloud-first approach, incorporating CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
  • Lead design and development meetings, facilitating solution discussions and aligning teams using Agile and traditional methodologies
