This role partners with the Director of Data Analytics to develop and implement AI-based tools and solutions across the company.

All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Proficient in data management using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Python and Microsoft Suite.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to accelerate reporting, analysis, and solution development.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows for data preparation, document processing, predictive analysis, and process automation.
  • Ensure all AI-generated outputs are reviewed, validated, documented, and explainable.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.
  • Possesses strong communication abilities and manages relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and excels at working collaboratively.
  • Capable of creating new tools or reports on an ad-hoc basis with minimal supervision.
  • Excels in time management and consistently meets deadlines independently.

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
  • A degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence Analytics, or Adequate Certifications.
