The applicant must be local to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.**Key Responsibilities:** • Research & Development: Develop, test, and implement GenAI frameworks tailored for construction planning, architectural design, and pre-construction workflows. • Air Force Alignment: Ensure research outputs directly translate to improving the speed and quality of military and defense pre-construction phases. • Collaboration: Participate in weekly in-person meetings on campus to brief progress, collaborate with the program director, and align on project milestones.**Work Environment:*** **Location:** On-Site* **Travel Requirements:** Minimal 0-20%* **Working Hours:** Standard**Required Qualifications:*** Required Education: Ph.D. in Construction Engineering or Construction Management (Primary).
