What is an AI creator?

An AI Creator is a professional who designs, develops, and implements artificial intelligence (AI) systems or content, often using tools like machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models. Their work can involve building AI-powered applications, generating digital content through AI, or training AI models to solve specific problems. AI Creators may work in diverse fields such as technology, art, entertainment, and business. They need a strong understanding of programming, data analysis, and AI concepts to effectively create and deploy intelligent systems.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an AI creator, and why are they important?

To thrive as an AI Creator, you need a strong background in computer science, machine learning, and data analysis, often supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms is typically required. Creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for designing innovative solutions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. These skills and qualities are vital for developing impactful AI systems that solve real-world problems efficiently and ethically.

What are some common challenges faced by AI creators when developing new models or solutions?

AI Creators often encounter challenges such as ensuring high-quality, unbiased data for training models, balancing model complexity with interpretability, and keeping up with rapidly evolving technologies and best practices. Collaboration with data engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders is essential to define clear project goals and align AI solutions with business needs. Additionally, AI Creators must rigorously test models to avoid overfitting and ensure ethical, scalable deployment in real-world environments.

Are you passionate about sports cards, trading cards, collectibles, and social media? Do you love being on camera and creating engaging content that people actually want to watch? Do you want to join the fastest growing brand in the industry?

Ludex is looking for a Content Creator | Social Media & Brand Ambassador to become the face of our brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other social platforms. We're looking for someone who is energetic, creative, knowledgeable about the hobby, and excited to build a community around one of the fastest-growing apps in collectibles.

What You'll Do
  • Be an on-camera personality representing the Ludex brand.

  • Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.

  • Film, edit, and publish content across all major social platforms.

  • Cover hobby news, market trends, product releases, collecting tips, and community stories.

  • Demonstrate the Ludex app and educate collectors on its features.

  • Attend card shows, hobby events, trade nights, and other community gatherings when appropriate.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.

  • Stay on top of social media trends and create content that drives engagement and growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of professional social media content creation experience.

  • Deep familiarity with platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.

  • Passion for sports cards, trading cards, collectibles, or the hobby is strongly preferred.

  • Self-starter who can generate content ideas and execute independently.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Based in the Chicagoland area is strongly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience growing social media accounts organically.

  • Experience working with creator tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.

  • Photography and videography experience.

  • Existing presence within the collectibles community.

First-Round Interview (Required)

Please submit two short videos (30-45 seconds each):

Video 1: Introduce Ludex

  • Briefly explain what Ludex is.

  • Demonstrate the app.

  • Tell collectors why they should use it.

Video 2: Talk About the Hobby
Choose any topic you're passionate about, such as:

  • Recent hobby news

  • A player or card you're excited about

  • Market trends

  • A collecting tip

  • A recent release

  • Any topic that showcases your personality and knowledge

We're looking for authenticity, energy, storytelling ability, camera presence, and editing skills—not perfection.

How to Apply

Please send the following to content-manager@ludex.ai:

  • Resume

  • Links to your social media accounts

  • Portfolio or examples of previous work

If you're excited about collectibles, love creating content, and want to help shape one of the fastest-growing brands in the hobby, we'd love to hear from you.
