About the Role
The Strategic Initiatives & AI Associate plays a critical role in supporting executive-level initiatives and advancing the Bank's adoption of AI-driven solutions. This position provides exposure to strategic decision-making, business analysis, and emerging technology while supporting projects that directly impact organizational growth and innovation. The role is designed as a 2-3 year accelerated development opportunity for a high-potential professional.
Work Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, This role requires flexibility in scheduling to support executive-level priorities and critical initiatives, particularly during the early stages of employment.

What You'll Do
- Execute strategic and tactical initiatives assigned by executive leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional strategic projects
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning solutions across the organization
- Analyze financial, operational, and market data to generate executive-level insights
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, models, and materials for C-suite leadership and the Board
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
- Lead and coordinate internal teams in support of bank-wide initiatives
- Provide flexible support across initiatives ranging from administrative execution to advanced data analysis
What We're Looking For
(Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Financial Modeling, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, finance, software engineering, investment banking, or private equity
- Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, or related technical disciplines
- Advanced Excel modeling and analytical capabilities
- Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and unit economics
- Ability to manage projects independently and escalate issues appropriately
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

- Experience supporting executive leadership or strategy teams
- Exposure to evaluating private or AI process development
- Experience presenting to senior leadership, partners, or boards

Compensation
$80,000 - $90,000 / year + bonus + benefits

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
