Position Summary
We are seeking an AI Application Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, full-stack application development, Databricks, and SQL. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents, data-driven applications, integrations, dashboards, workflow solutions, and lightweight web applications. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build agent instructions, topics, actions, connectors, knowledge grounding, testing frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, APIs, Databricks, and other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain Databricks notebooks, pipelines, and data transformations.
Write and optimize SQL queries and support database connectivity.
Review database schemas, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure application reliability.
Develop and support front-end and back-end application components.
Create dashboards, workflow automation solutions, and data-driven applications.
Deploy and publish lightweight web applications using Azure App Services.
Partner with business users for requirements gathering, testing, validation, and solution enhancements.
Leverage AI and Copilot capabilities to improve development productivity and solution quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience developing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent AI agent/chatbot platforms.
Strong full-stack development experience (front-end and back-end).
Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and database integrations.
Experience integrating applications with APIs and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
Understanding of relational database design, table structures, and troubleshooting.
Experience developing workflow automation and business applications.
Knowledge of Azure App Services and web application deployment.
