This role requires someone who is technically curious, collaborative, and passionate about using AI to solve real-world recruiting and HR challenges.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office in either San Jose, CA or Raleigh, NC.

What You'll Do

  • Continuously iterate and improve existing agents based on user feedback and performance data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed AI agents and automation workflows

TA Partnership & Process Improvement

  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Sourcing teams, and TA Operations to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven solutions
  • Translate business requirements from non-technical TA stakeholders into technical specifications and working solutions
  • Document workflows, agent logic, and process maps for all developed solutions
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile delivery cycles

Data & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that surface TA metrics powered by AI insights
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance within all AI-powered workflows
  • Monitor agent performance and usage analytics to drive continuous improvement

Innovation & Research

  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, LLM capabilities, and agentic frameworks relevant to HR and TA use cases
  • Evaluate new tools and make recommendations for adoption
  • Contribute to the broader AI strategy within the People/HR organization
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical role involving AI, automation, or software development
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure AI Services
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic workflow design
  • Experience working with APIs and connecting systems via integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition workflows or systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Power FX
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service or similar LLM platforms
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, AI-102, or Copilot Studio certifications)

Why This Role is Exciting

  • Be at the forefront of AI adoption in HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Work on solutions that have immediate, visible impact on how people hire
  • Collaborate with a team that values innovation, experimentation, and learning
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior AI/automation role as the function scales
