We are building an internal AI-driven operating layer to automate and improve how our
business runs across sales, finance, delivery, and product. This role will help design, build, and
optimize AI agents that connect systems and drive real workflows.
This is a hands-on engineering role with exposure to leadership and real business impact.
What You'll Work On
• Build AI agents that automate workflows across systems
• Use tools like Claude to create practical, working solutions
• Connect data across platforms (CRM, ERP, internal tools)
• Turn business problems into simple, working automations
• Work directly with leadership to prioritize and test ideas
• Iterate quickly and improve what you build
Nice to Have
