Location: Smiths Station, AL

Salary: $45,000-$54,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer for a private AHSAA school in Smiths Station, AL!

Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities
    • Coverage of assigned athletic events
    • Rendering treatment plans outlined by physician for injured athletes
    • Assessment of injured athletes and proper referral to a physician when necessary
    • Communication with parents, coaches, athletic director, team orthopedist & therapists
    • Documentation of evaluations and treatments
    • Maintain proper equipment and supplies for coverage of athletic events
    • Contribute to a positive work environment and the overall Sports Medicine team
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training
  • NEW GRADUATES WELCOME

License/Certification:

  • NATA BOC certified
  • Eligible for Alabama state licensure
  • Basic Life Support and AED Certification
