Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is part of the U.S. family of brands, which also includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop. Ahold Delhaize USA associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.

Overview

Triage vendor collaboration center - responsible for providing first-level vendor support. Manage small/medium initiatives/vendor accounts in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial) Specialized in a legacy company system, processes, and procedures. Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Responsibilities
  • Manage small/medium initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial).
  • Manage small/medium vendor accounts in terms of COGS, visibility, and vendor tier participation - fewer in size and scope than the Analyst V.
  • Manage the triage vendor collaboration center - expected to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Responsible for providing first-level vendor support, sharing documents, parsing files.
  • Support senior-level collaboration analysts and appropriately elevate issues.
  • Support delivering business insights and change management.
  • Support cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams from 3rd-party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to target improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables.
  • Support implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
