Job description

We are currently looking for an Full Charge Bookkeeper to assist with our clients in the entertainment/sports industry (music/new media).

You will work closely with the team handling day-to-day bookkeeping functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, etc). Must have experience with Quickbooks, Datafaction or Agilink and have great communication and organizational skills. Position also requires great attention to detail.

We prefer someone that is looking to learn and grow. If you are a hard-working, energetic, and diligent person looking for a good place to become part of a growing company, we would love to speak with you!

The following skill set is preferred:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in accounting/bookkeeping
  • The ability to handle A/P and A/R
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
  • Computer Skills (Outlook, MS Excel/Word, Quickbooks)
  • High Paced Environment
