ACCOUNT MANAGER

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting, tax, audit and business management professionals to be part of their fast growing team.
SUMMARY
To perform client relations and bookkeeping by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  1. Interface with client(s) on a daily basis.*
  2. Supervise, train and mentor bookkeeping staff.*
  3. Book investment statements.*
  4. Book client payroll.*
  5. Act as approver in Datafaction workflow.*
  6. Review monthly and semi- annual General Ledger/Trial Balances.*
  7. Onboarding new client inclusive of recording opening Trial Balance as journal entry and reconciling bank statements.*
  8. Record purchase and refinance of client residence in Datafaction.*
  9. Record purchase of client automobiles in Datafaction.*
  10. Maintain cash flow and reporting requests for clients.*
  11. Provide back-up coverage for the Account Managers as needed.*
  12. Process Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts when bookkeeper is out.*
  13. Coordinate and complete client loan applications and give to senior accountant for final review.*
  14. Work closely with accounting department to ensure clean and accurate books.*
  15. Create commission reconciliation schedules for non-touring clients.*
  16. Other related duties as assigned.

  6. Regular talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting.
  7. Moderate to loud noise level.
  8. Risk of electrical shock.
