Job Description

This position is for the Agile Scrum Master a development team.  

Must not be a certified Scrum Master but it is highly desired.  

The Agile Scrum Master will be joining the & working on an existing Agile Scrum project as the project's Scrum Master.

We expect the TS3 to provide Agile coaching for the development team, product master, and other departmental positions (management, business sponsor, etc.). We are a very disciplined Scrum team.

The project's application is being written in C#.NET using MVC and Entity Framework.

Experience in these technologies, as well as the fundamentals of the Agile methodology, are required.

Technical expertise and Agile Scrum background will be heavily tested during the interview process.

Understand basic fundamentals of agile and iterative development

Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise project

Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics

Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices

Ability to read, understand, and create design documents

Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web

Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical
