Job Description
Onsite required in Birmingham, AL
No relocation budget
Shift: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
The Agile Coach will be part of a small team (led by an Agile Transformation Leader) conducting an Agile assessment at the client site in Birmingham, AL. The team will create two road maps, one for Agile adoption and strategies / tactics and a second road map to build enterprise capability (i.e. cultural shift, processes, community of practice, DevOps etc) to support adoption and acceleration of Agile across the enterprise.
This position will coach the day-to-day sprint teams and provide insight to the larger assessment team.
Required:
Agile coaching experience
Agile tool experience
SAFe experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a dynamic, high performing team
Preferred:
Financial Services experience
SAFe certification
Agile Manager (software) experience
