hrEdge is partnering with Agile In-Home Care to find a Home Health Scheduler and Recruiting Coordinator, who wants to be a part of the mission allowing clients and their families to safely care for themselves at home as long as possible. This is a non-skilled/non-medical agency providing CNAs and HHAs for in-home care. Job Summary The Home Health Scheduler and Recruiting Coordinator seeks to understand the needs of our clients, assist with identifying the right match with the skills and needs of our caregivers. You will identify and resolve issues that could negatively impact caregiver and client relationships. Process many types of information required for screening, hiring, and scheduling caregivers. Perform recruiting functions which require being comfortable and confident with a high volume of phone calls, qualifying/vetting applicants, and processing applications. Performs other tasks as assigned, which generally requires multitasking in a busy office environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Upbeat, life-giving, professional. Understands individual client needs and requests for services and the skills and availability of our caregivers, for the purpose of successfully meeting those needs.
  • Maintains documentation of client, team member, and application data in AxisCare.
  • Responds promptly and respectfully to all calls (e.g. clients, caregivers, prospective clients, applicants, business associates).
  • Successful problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent skills with general office and clerical functions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic office, computer skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations abilities.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Knowledge of the in-home care/home health care industry (non-negotiable)
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating good judgment.
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • On a schedule basis, provide phone and AxisCare app inquiries from client and team member (non-negotiable)

Requirements

  • Scheduling: 1 year minimum in healthcare scheduling (non-negotiable)
  • CNA License or HHA Certificate highly preferred.
  • Pay $21-$24
  • Job Type Full-time. If you are only interested in part-time work but you can commit to working at least 30 hours Monday - Friday while remaining flexible after hours, you are encouraged to apply.
