What Detroit Aggregate Offers:
  • Starting Pay: $30.00/hr days ... $32.00/hr nights

  • Shifts: 5 am-5pm (Days) and 5pm-5am (Nights)

Responsibilities Include:
  • Work on Loaders, Telehandlers, Bazooka Loaders, Skid steers, other heavy equipment
  • Repair diesel trucks, trailers and heavy equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper working condition
  • Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery
  • Repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmission, and differentials
  • Tire repairs/ Landing gear repair

Job Requirements:
  • Basic set of tools (required)
  • Experience working on hydraulics, concrete mixer trucks, gravel train equipment and diesel trucks is a plus
  • Experience working on heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators
