We are hiring drivers with experience with tractor-trailer combinations and truck and pup to drive between our plants in Central Oregon, taking direction from dispatch and delivering product in a safe and efficient way. Our preferred candidate will have experience hauling sand and gravel aggregate as well as experience hauling heavy loads at 105.5k lbs. Must be able to work extended hours including weekends as business requires.
Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
Training specific to our products and trucks will be provided.
Knowledge of DOT reporting requirements.
Skills to use truck controls properly.
Ability to think and move quickly and react properly when unexpected happens and continually review in mind what reaction will be taken in numerous emergency scenarios.
Ability to lift 80 pounds.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, employees, and all other contacts.

Ability to display professional appearance and demeanor (public relations).
