ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently have a team of six talented professionals who bring energy and passion to everything we do. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years in financial services, where I served as a Director of Operations — an experience that taught me the importance of strong leadership, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service.
Outside of work, I’m a proud supporter of my local high school (and alma mater) and actively contribute to our community, including involvement with a local women’s shelter. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me out on my motorcycle, boating, or cheering for the Chicago Bears.
I offer my team a strong benefits package that includes paid time off, group life insurance, health benefits, and coverage for licensing costs. We also prioritize work-life balance to ensure everyone can succeed both personally and professionally.
Our office is a high-energy, upbeat, and competitive environment where growth is encouraged and achievements are celebrated. I’m looking for team members who are ambitious, motivated, and excited about the opportunity to grow their career while helping others protect what matters most.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Barnes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
