Responsibilities

Oversee daily sales activities to ensure we are consistently meeting the coverage needs of Paterson families and businesses.

Provide hands-on guidance and training to junior team members to help them hone their sales techniques and product knowledge.

Develop and implement outreach strategies that increase our visibility and presence throughout Passaic County.

Review complex policy applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with state regulations.

Maintain high standards of service by proactively checking in with current clients to discuss potential coverage gaps.

Participate in local community events and network with neighborhood stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Active New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Producer License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or field underwriting.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small group of sales representatives.

Strong organizational skills for managing client pipelines and agency reporting.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly valued given our local community base.

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for client meetings within the Paterson area.
