Central Reservations Agent (Agente de la Centralde Reservaciones)

Description:

It is the responsibility of the Central Reservation Specialtyagent to serve as a vital link between Room reservations, the Casinodepartment and the Sales department at the individual properties. Answerall incoming calls to the Casino/Group/Wholesale phone lines fromoutside or within the company. Position duties encompass all aspects ofgreat Guest service when assisting both our internal and external Guestswith incoming calls, and inquiries regarding rooms, group masters, andCasino information. Perform responsibilities in accordance with allCompany standards, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months' work experience in a customer serviceposition, preferably within the hospitality industry. Assist our VIPGuests with requests for room reservations, event reservations andspecial room blocks as requested. Input all required information intothe Casino Tracking system to ensure Guests are appropriately coded toevents. Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skillsand professional behavior to effectively handle all issues, which may besensitive in nature. Ability to communicate and listen effectively withGuests, Team Members and Management.

Ayudar anuestros huespedes VIP con solicitudes de reservacion de habitaciones,reservaciones de eventos y bloques de habitaciones especiales segun losolicitado. Ingresar toda la informacion requerida en el sistema deseguimiento del casino para asegurarse de que los huespedes estencorrectamente codificados para los eventos. Excelentes habilidades decomunicacion oral, solidas habilidades interpersonales y comportamientoprofesional para manejar eficazmente todos los problemas, que pueden serde naturaleza delicada. Capacidad para comunicarse y escuchar de maneraefectiva con los Huespedes, los Miembros del Equipo y laAdministracion.
