ROLE DESCRIPTION:Mallori Teegarden State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Sales Starter, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
  • Identify and create prospects for our Senior Sales Team.
  • Work with Senior Sales team on developing processes to onboard new households.
  • Process follow ups with customers.
  • Initiate customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • No Previous experience in insurance or a related field required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate and reach for goals.

Compensation: $12.41 - $14.00 per hour
