Job description

The Ford Agency is seeking a sharp and highly organized Program Coordinator for one of DC’s leading technology associations. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, with a focus on managing complex excel sheets, PowerPoints, and preparing reports and documents for meetings. If you have at least two years of administrative or program support experience and are eager to contribute across a variety of projects, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities Include:
• End to end meeting operational support including agendas, note taking, action item tracking, and preparing materials
• Manage calendar and schedules for meeting communications and document deadlines
• Coordinating presentations, webinars, technical reports, and other documents for meetings
• Maintain accurate digital content for committee initiatives
• Track team deliverables and address gaps in workflow
• Maintain strong knowledge of the industry and standards

Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of professional administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Experience creating reports and putting together presentations
• Excellent writing skills
• Superb organization skills
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and database usage
• Experience using project management and document collaboration tools

Compensation:
• $65,000 - $75,000 annually
