As the Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing all invoices for assigned clients. The Billing Coordinator also processes credit memos and produces billing reports.  This position comes with a unique set of responsibilities and exciting duties. Billing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing and processing all invoices for assigned clients.
  • Process credit memos.
  • Produce billing reports out of ERP system.
  • Confer with Senior Financial Analyst on monthly billing projection.
  • Issue & monitor prepayment and progress invoices as directed.
  • Develop strong working relationship with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Practice strong customer service, conflict/resolution & communication skills in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Billing Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting / billing functions required. 
  • Experience within Microsoft Excel required. 
  • Bachelors and/or Associate Degree within Business Administration preferred.
  • Ability to stay highly organized, and handle multiple administrative tasks meeting tight deadlines.
