Location(s): Lake Mary, FL, Grand Prairie, Texas, Atlanta, GA

Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidatesresidewithin a commuting distance from an office.

The Accreditation Program Coordinator is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and developing and implementing process improvements that support operational performance, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How you will make an impact:

  • Documents current work flow, including operational and accreditation-related processes.

  • Identifies areas at risk and potential compliance gaps.

  • Develops recommendations for changed/new processes.

  • Coordinates obtaining consensus among affected parties and business stakeholders.

  • Coordinates implementation and monitors post-implementation.

  • Makes necessary adjustments as needed.

  • Develops presentations and communicates process improvement recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Supports accreditation readiness activities and process standardization efforts.

  • May act as lead in providing direction to lower level associates in the department.

  • Travel to support business and operational needs, up to 20-50% travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • If this job is assigned to any Government Business Division entity, the applicant and incumbent fall under a 'sensitive position' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions.Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions. Associates in these jobs must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed.
