Responsibilities

Sales & Production

Contact and convert agency-provided leads promptly, following our speed-to-lead and follow-up standards

Run full discovery on every prospect to uncover auto, property, and life insurance needs beyond the product they inquired about

Quote, present, overcome objections, and close new business

Meet or exceed monthly new business production goals

Build and maintain a center-of-influence (COI) network (realtors, lenders, auto dealers, financial advisors, and other referral partners)

Ask every customer for referrals at point of sale and policy delivery, and maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm to keep referrals coming

Engage on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to build brand presence and generate referral opportunities, within brand and advertising compliance guidelines

Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline records in the agency CRM


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required, or willingness and ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Demonstrated success in a sales role with an outbound or self-sourced production component

Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals

Comfortable with cold outreach, consistent follow-up, and a goal-oriented environment

Self-motivated, coachable, and organized

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain coverage clearly to prospects

Comfortable with agency management systems and technology

Established network or center-of-influence (COI) relationships in the local area a plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
