ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Agency Manager with Farmers Insurance District 49, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, consistently exceeding sales goals, and leading a team.
In this role, youll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:
