Job description

District 46 is one of the top-ranked Farmers Insurance districts in the country -- recognized three times in the Top 1% nationally -- and we're looking for motivated individuals who want a real career in insurance, not just a job.

The Agency Associate role is a structured entry point into the Farmers ecosystem. You'll work inside an established District 46 agency, develop your sales and client service skills under experienced leadership, and build toward becoming a fully licensed Farmers Insurance producer.

What This Role Is

A professional sales and development position. You will be working directly with clients, managing leads, making outbound contact, and building relationships. This is a business development role -- not a customer service or administrative position. If you are comfortable being measured by activity and results, this role is a strong fit.

What We Provide

  • Licensing support -- we help cover the cost of your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses
  • Structured mentorship inside an active District 46 agency
  • A clear development path toward becoming a producing Farmers Insurance agent
  • Access to one of the most recognized insurance brands in the country

What We're Looking For

  • A clean personal background check
  • Willingness to obtain required state insurance licenses
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and asking for referrals
  • Self-motivation and accountability -- you'll be measured by what you produce

Next Step

After submitting your application, you'll receive an email with a brief candidate assessment from our team. Completing it promptly is part of the process and helps us learn more about how you work.
