What you'll do

Recruitment & onboarding

Post openings for DSPs, nurses, and caregivers

Screen applicants and coordinate interviews

Verify credentials (CNA, HHA, CPR, DSP)

Lead new hire orientation and paperwork

Compliance & credentialing

Maintain employee files per state regulations

Track license and certification expirations

Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance

Prepare documentation for audits and surveys

Employee relations & HR support

Answer employee questions on pay, benefits, policy

Support disciplinary documentation and investigations

Facilitate performance reviews and exit interviews

Coordinate mandatory training and track completion

Payroll & recordkeeping

Coordinate payroll accuracy with the payroll team

Assist with benefits enrollment and leave tracking

Maintain organized digital and physical personnel files

Generate HR reports (turnover, headcount, compliance)

What we're looking for

✓Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

✓1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or home health

✓Familiarity with home health regulations and caregiver credentialing is a strong plus

✓Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills

✓Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

✓Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills

★Bonus: Experience with Paychex Flex or knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare compliance
