1. At times, I meet and greet clients when needed.
2. Schedule meetings or arrange
3. Cleaning the reception area, break room, training room, and other office areas on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
4. Keep all paperwork, client folders, and orientation folder material printed out and stocked up.
5. Filing away client and caregiver information.
6. Set up/Get orientation ready for H. R. Director.
7. Distributing payroll checks and badges.
8. At times, I conduct client satisfaction reviews.
9. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
10. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
11. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on a multi-line answering phone system.
12. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
13. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
14. Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
15. Call employee applications and set up interview times.
16. Maintain schedules in Generations for employee payroll.
17. Notate notes in the Generation System.
18. Input New Hires into the Generation System.
19. Stay compliant with HIPAA Law and company.
20. Making supply list for agency.
21. Scheduling caregiver and clients/fill shifts.
22. Help coordinate activities.
