The Agency Producer is a Sales Leader role designed for a high-performer who thrives in a collaborative yet competitive environment. You will be the primary engine for new business, responsible for setting the pace of the agency by executing high-volume daily activities and hitting aggressive monthly premium targets. We are looking for a professional who leads by example, demonstrating the work ethic and strategic mindset necessary to elevate the entire teams performance. This is an in-office position in Keizer, OR, offering a base salary plus an uncapped, tiered commission structure that rewards top-tier production.

ResponsibilitiesYour mission is to lead the agencys growth through consistent prospecting, elite sales execution, and team development:
- High-Volume Activity Leadership: Execute an average of 100 daily tasks, including 50 outgoing phone calls and 20 quotes to maintain a robust pipeline.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Convert internet leads, "warm" and "hot" leads, and Farmers Fast Quotes into new business.
- Strategic Market Expansion: Create and implement five trackable marketing systems by the end of the first quarter to ensure a consistent ROI on your time and budget.
- Client Advocacy: Identify cross-selling opportunities and increase agency visibility.
- Team Contribution: Develop product knowledge and continue to learn and teach the agency team to ensure collective success.
- Integrity & Security: Maintain strict office and computer security protocols while representing the agency with a positive, professional attitude.
RequirementsWe are looking for a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:
- Licensing: Must be currently licensed for Property and Casualty Insurance in the State of Oregon (or obtain/renew licenses outside of company time).
- Professional Presence: Ability to be present in-office Monday through Friday during standard business hours to set the tone for the team.
- Technical Proficiency: Capability to manage Salesforce, Spread Sheets, Adobe, Microsoft, Google and various communication tools (text, email, phone) to track and report sales performance.
- Growth Mindset: A willingness to study new business trends and continuously develop strategies to maximize agency sales performance.
- Commitment to Confidentiality: Agreement to maintain the strictest confidence regarding agency accounts and a one-year non-solicitation period following any potential termination.
