Striking the right balance between minimizing legal risks and enabling business growth requires strong judgment, clear communication, and an in-depth understanding of the organization’s operations. AGCs frequently collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance for non-legal colleagues. Navigating regulatory changes and prioritizing competing projects are also typical aspects of the role, making adaptability and proactive problem-solving essential.
