What You'll Do:

• Coordinate new hire/rehire paperwork
• Process accounts payable for the Division
• Maintain AFE and property files
• Operate required office equipment & computers
• Support general managers and marketing manager and may assist with some Customer relations
• Meeting planning- onsite & offsite for small & larger groups
• Ordering office supplies for the office & Division staff as needed
• Assist in budget administration and preparation
• Share with the field various updates and changes from Corporate
• Generate and provide reports as needed
• Generate and provide training guides as needed
• Administer company policies and procedures
• Support, train, and schedule work for Admin Coordinators
• Assist with annual Meeting for Admin coordinators
• Assist the field with Fleet & Asset Management
• Oversee inventory control and audits
• Periodic travel required

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
• 4+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, PPT, Forms, Teams etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with Excel Pivot tables, Formatting & Formulas usage
  
  • Testing during interview process
• Some Hotel contract & Meeting planning experience
• Experience in delivering presentations to both small and large groups

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in the Pacific Division of Nutrien Ag Solutions, is between $66,560 - $70,304. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
