YMCA Before/ After School Program Site Director, Program Supervisor

Location: Big Walnut Elementary School

Salary: $17.50-$19.50/per hour

Full Time (38-40 hours)

Part-Time Plus (25+ hours)

Part-Time (less than 25 hours)

CONNECT WITH STUDENTS DURING THE SCHOOL DAY AND AFTER SCHOOL

Duties include:

  • Responsible for the planning and implementing of daily programming
  • Work closely with school and Y personnel to ensure positive outcomes for students and connection between the school, students, families and the Y.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Y employees, school personnel and administration, students and families.
  • Ensure that ODJFS licensing rules/standards are met, keep written student records, and collect data and provide reports as necessary.
