  • Role: Senior Unity Engineer

  • Compensation: $120-150k USD + Equity + Benefits

As they prepare for launch, they're looking for a Senior Unity Engineer to become the team's Unity expert and play a key role in shaping the future of AI-assisted game development
The Role
This is a highly impactful product engineering role where you'll help build and ship a next-generation AI development platform designed specifically for professional game developers.
You'll own Unity integration across the product, helping define technical direction while building the tools, workflows and demonstrations that showcase what's possible.
Working in a small, high-performing engineering team, you'll take ownership from concept through production, collaborating closely with AI engineers to deliver features that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Unity integration across the platform.
  • Build tools, workflows and demos that showcase AI-powered game development.
  • Design, develop and ship features across the full product lifecycle.
  • Work across frontend, backend, AI systems and Unity where required.
  • Evaluate new Unity releases, packages and features, helping shape engineering decisions.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to prioritise, build and release new functionality.
  • Help establish engineering best practices while mentoring the wider team on Unity expertise.
