Join our growing team as an Associate Software Developer.


Ford Office Technologies mission is to help businesses thrive by delivering cutting edge office technology, solutions, and unparalleled customer experiences.  We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team in Connellsville as an Associate Software Developer.  The work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Maintain, enhance, and deploy internal and client applications
    • Preferred Background: C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL/SSMS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including automation (Power Automate), dashboards/reporting (Power BI), and application development (Power Apps) or similar tools
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations (including SharePoint), and connecting multiple systems
  • High level of reliability, strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Interest in or exposure to AI-driven solutions or integrations is a plus

Requirements

  • Self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented code and support documentation.
  • Excellent complex problem-solving skills.
  • Solid troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of efficient, timely work under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and thorough editing skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in logical, linear thinking (if/then).
  • Ability to sustain concentrated effort for high productivity and efficiency.
  • Capable of accurately following directions and working with minimal daily supervision.
  • Two or more years of coding experience.
  • Required Experience: Java and C#
