  • Develop, implement, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Build relationships with the Mexico-based team—learn the business, collaborate, and provide ongoing oversight
  • Analyze data and performance trends using tools such as SQL and Power BI; deliver actionable insights
  • Create and monitor KPIs and reporting for quarterly business reviews
  • Work directly with vendors, lead meetings, and hold partners accountable
  • Identify root causes of issues, challenge assumptions, and drive solutions
  • Support billing, invoicing effectiveness, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) – required
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, VBA, or similar analytical tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and drive results
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think critically, pivot quickly, and approach challenges creatively
  • Comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and holding stakeholders accountable

What We’re Looking For

  • A curious and proactive problem-solver who digs into the “why”
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A team player who can also work independently in a small, collaborative team
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with vendors, internal partners, and executives

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and executives, including the CFO
  • High-visibility role with meaningful impact on business operations
  • Exposure to multiple departments and strategic initiatives
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • A unique opportunity to shape processes and improve customer experience across international operations
