Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers โ€“ Morning & Afternoon Routes (No Midday Work Required)

Perfect for Retirees, Parents, or Part-Time Work Seekers

Looking for a part-time job that fits around your day-not takes it over?

At ECHO, we're hiring Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to and from our programs in the Leesburg area.

  • Work a few hours in the morning AND a few in the afternoon
  • Your mid-day is completely free
  • No late nights

This role is ideal if you want extra income without a full-day schedule.

Schedule (Split Shift)

  • Mondayโ€“Thursday: 6:30โ€“9:30 AM AND 3:30โ€“6:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:30โ€“9:30 AM AND 1:30โ€“4:30 PM

Free time in the middle of the day (6+ hours off)

What You'll Do

  • Safely transport individuals to and from ECHO programs
  • Assist passengers getting on/off the vehicle as needed
  • Create a positive, friendly experience during each ride
  • Complete basic vehicle checks and documentation

You're often the first and last person participants see each day-your role matters
