Job description

General Purpose:
This position is to assist in the 24 hour operations of the laboratory . This individual has the knowledge to train new employees and data entry. Perform data entry into network, SAP and Qualsys. Day and night positions to be filled. This is a Quality Control position, and prior QC experience is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry of lab test results for reporting process.
  • Ensure efficient work flow and release dates are met.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains standard lab practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of all product specifications.
  • Ensure product specifications are met according to company standards.
  • Knowledge of sample protocol and retest requirements.
  • Acquire skills required for all lab methods.
  • Monitor and maintain calibration of lab equipment according to standard lab protocol.
  • Accurately and promptly report all findings and results of out of specification product to supervisor and management
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area according to the laboratory master sanitation schedule.
  • Effective communication with other personal.
  • Maintain GMP though the facility.
  • Understand plant process to assist production in root cause analysis for process results that are out of specification Actively contribute to continued improvement of laboratory systems.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
