Job description

Benefits Category: This is an hourly, non-exempt, position. Benefits eligible if working 30 or more hours per week. PTO eligible if working 35 or more hours per week. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.

Schedule: Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling. Morning, afternoon, and evening hours available (includes every other weekend).

What you will bring to our team:

A CSC must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As a CSC you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate challenging situations effectively. A CSC must also be able to work without direct supervision.
