Description:

Easy Honda is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Afternoon Receptionist to join our team. This position works Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Manage customer traffic and ensure guests receive prompt assistance.
  • Coordinate with dealership departments to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of vehicle plates and customer vehicle pickups.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (automotive experience preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using office software and phone systems.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
