React Role - O'Fallon MO
REACT Role: - Min 6 years IT experience with at least 4 years in Production Support role
Job Description:
• In-depth knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting (L3) and Oracle SQL (L3)
• Must have good understanding on ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Must have Production Support work experience in Java Web based applications
• Prior exposure to deploying builds/releases
• Prior knowledge on Splunk and Dynatrace for Monitoring Tools
• You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
• You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
• Knowledge of Java and any DevOps and monitoring tools would be an added advantage (Not mandatory)
• Communication should be extremely good as this is customer facing role
• Willing to work on shifts (Morning & Afternoon shifts) & Weekend support
• Customer interview is mandate
